Return Conditions

You can return or exchange the products you purchased without damaging, using or impairing the resalability of the product, within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, by stating the reason. In order to return the product, you must comply with the return conditions below. Otherwise, the product you send will not be accepted by us.

- Return or exchange period is fourteen (14) days.

- You can inform us of your return or exchange request by sending an e-mail to info@vulpexpharma.com or by calling us at 0850 242 25 13, stating the reason.

- The product to be returned or exchanged must be delivered complete and undamaged, with its invoice, box or packaging unopened and with its standard accessories, if any. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

- Products that may become unhygienic cannot be returned or exchanged.

- When sending the product to our address by cargo company, the original box must be kept in a way that it will not be damaged.

- In case there is no problem on our side in the return process, the shipping cost belongs to the customer in the return process that the customer will make at his own request. Shipments with the other party's payment will not be accepted.

- It is not possible to return personal care products if the box or packaging is opened or if the product is used.

The refund will be made to your card within ten (1 - 10) business days after we receive the invoice and the original box of the product is undamaged.

DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered to the cargo within 2 business days. When the product is delivered to the cargo, you will be notified via SMS and e-mail. You can track the status of your order from the " My Orders " section on the My Account page. We recommend that you check if your order is damaged when you receive it. In case of damage, you can return your cargo with a damage report without receiving the product. No product exchange will be made except for damaged products.
